This study aimed (1) to analysis the feasibility about applying the free software GeoGebra into junior and senior high school mathematics teaching; (2) to explore the promotion mode for GeoGebra. This study used a questionnaire, consulting meetings and individual interviews to collect data. Results indicate that: (1) GeoGebra has benefits: be helpful for teaching and learning, and span PR barriers; (2) the effect depends on the interaction and performance. The recommendations are as follows: (1) form the program for integrating GeoGebra into junior and senior high school mathematics teaching; (2) to enhance teachers’ GeoGebra literacy; (3) to enrich the GeoGebra website; (4) to support software and hardware.
