The purpose of this study was to explore and examine the effectiveness of educational reform and educational policy in the past years in Taiwan. The study employed literature review, document review,and interviews. According to the results of educational policy evaluation, the researchers tried to make some suggestions for educational authorities and educational policy-makers to improve educational policy.
