本研究為總計畫「中小學課程發展之相關基礎性研究」下之區塊研究二之（二）整合型研究方案。本研究旨在建立我國課程發展之學理基礎，以提前為下一波課程變革預作準備，針對中小學課程相關之學理基礎部分，分別從課程理論與教育哲學、教學理論、認知心理學、文化研究、社會變遷、等五個角度切入，先依據國內外相關學理與研究進行文獻探討，分析課程發展之學理基礎與理論趨勢，進而建構適合我國情境脈絡與歷史文化的課程發展理論基礎，並針對未來的課程綱要之修訂提出建言。本論文主要從課程研究的科際整合基礎、主要運作方式、以及本研究歷程之特色與研究發現進行論述，最後，從研究歷程中發現問題並提出建議。

This integrated research is one part of the main proposal of 'the fundamental research of curriculum development on secondary and elementary curriculum'. The main goal of this research is to build the theoretical foundations of curriculum development in order to prepare for the next curriculum reform in Taiwan. As far as the theoretical foundations and trends of curriculum are concerned, this research focuses on the relationships of curriculum theory with the other five dimensions-philosophy, instruction theory, cognitive development, cultural studies and social change. First, these researchers analyze the theoretical foundations and trends of curriculum according to the literature review of the related theories and studies. Second, these researchers set up these theoretical foundations of curriculum development which are suitable for Taiwanese historical and cultural contexts. Finally, these researchers make some suggestions for the future curriculum guidelines.
