The Integrated Plan surveys and analyzes the international data bank of comparative education which Taiwanese students have participated(such as PISA、TIMSS、PIRLS、ICCS)and native data bank of comparative education(such as TEPS). In order to understand the displaying ability and trends of primary and junior high school students in reading、mathematics、science、citizen's accomplishment, we propose an announcement to the outline of curriculum, development of textbooks, teachers training and instruction evaluation of k-12. The report is mainly about the members and whole proposal of The Integrated Plan first. During the study, the projects we promotes, such as holding meetings、offering relevant references, and necocitiong with National Academy for Educational Research Preparatory Office. The second part is about the main target-- the international data bank of comparative education which Taiwanese students have participated in(PISA、TIMSS、PIRLS、ICCS) and Taiwan Education Panel Study(TEPS), along with statement and analysis on background、host、host commit teem in Taiwan、subjects、the framework of evaluation etc. The third part is consisted of the statement and integrated analysis of outcomes each sub-plan. The Integrated Plan report will be presented not only in form of a final report, also as an essay which will be submitted to a relevant journal. Each sub-plan also submits a piece of writing to the periodical of National Academy for Educational Research Preparatory Office for publication. Finally, The Integrated Plan generalizes the research outcome of each sub-plan and integrates 「a list of opinions for outline of curriculum modifying」.Within the research, we hope that we could inspire the future development of K-12 curriculum during revision of curriculum outline.
