This study focuses on the implementation of the new curriculum of special education teachers or the transformation into classroom teaching and the corresponding strategies at junior high school. In the Curriculum Guidelines of 12-year Basic Education, the importance of competency is emphasized. It is necessary to convey the knowledge, abilities and attitudes that are indispensable in the life situation through education. In the field of special education, teachers implement the Curriculum Guidelines of 12-year Basic Education special education course. specifications "for information about the need for planning and implementation of course content according to students with disabilities , and have reference " state religion twelve special needs related to outline areas of disability " , " twelve state religion outline of the relevant areas of giftedness special needs 》Provides appropriateness plus courses. The purpose of this study is to explore and develop the appropriate indicators for the implementation of competency-oriented teaching in special classrooms. Secondly, understand the situation and dilemma of the special education teacher competency-oriented teaching practice, and propose suggestions for improving the strategy.
This study adopts the “embedded design” in the quality mixing method, and uses data analysis methods such as document analysis, interviews, expert consultation, participation observation, and questionnaire survey to achieve research purposes. The research results can be used as a reference for the classroom teaching practice and related policies of special education teachers, and provide suggestions for future research development.
