The study discusses the structure and content of Taiwanese indigenous higher educational policy. It will assess the implementation of indigenous school attendance policy in higher education by the analysis on the current situation and problems of higher education. On the basis of the tracking indicators of indigenous educational policy performance from “The Preliminary Study on Assessment of Indigenous Educational Policy” in 2016, we will use document analysis, questionnaire survey and focused group interview to evaluate the policy effectiveness of indigenous school attendance policy in higher education. Finally, this study offers some suggestions based on the conclusions for indigenous higher education policy.
