This project focuses on students aged 13-15. Through focus group interviews and questionnaire surveys of students, parents, and teachers, we can understand the self-development, life behavior, parent-child relationship, peer connection, and school adaptation of digital generation students. According to research, Internet addiction is a symptom at present, but it will produce behaviors such as social comparison and fear of missing out on the psychological growth of young people. Furthermore, the physical and mental conditions of young people are related to the hours of online social activities. Appropriate discipline and positive digital participation by parents of adolescents can help enhance parent-child relationship. In the current digital age, information exchange between parents and teachers is not limited to a single class or school, and there are also urban-rural differences in digital information exchange. For today's teenagers, the virtual society on the Internet has also become their second new social space. Finally, when these electronic media become a form of stress adjustment for adolescents, educational groups should pay more attention to students' physical and mental health.
