本子計畫為9年計畫，擬配合總計畫「中小學生成就長期追蹤評量」預試與正式調查的期程，利用模擬與實證的數據，提出長期追蹤調查量尺分數估計以及量尺等化的理論與技術，並協助建立資料庫。相關研究成果，不僅可以支持總計畫得以順利執行和長期資料庫的建立，方便研究者進行二次分析提供教育政策的深入分析，可藉以提供建議，在大型調查技術的學術研究方面，也必有極大的貢獻。

　　The subproject integrates with the “Taiwan Assessment of Student Achievement: Longitudinal Study (TASA-L)”, aiming at the methods and techniques of scaling and scale equating for longitudinal survey studies. The subproject substantiates the psychometrics of TASA-L and helps in constructing its database. The methods are also unique and essential so that similar large-scale surveys across nations or projects can make a profit accordingly.
