? ? Social Studies Curriculum Guidelines of 12 Year Basic Education developed the ‘Inquiry and Practice’ course in general senior high school and vocational senior high school. This course is different from other Ministry-mandated curriculum. There is no specific learning content in the Curriculum Guidelines. It’s requires the teacher’s curriculum transformation to practice. The Ministry of Education requires schools to submit course plan and invites experts to review in order to ensure that the course can be practiced in accordance with the Curriculum Guidelines. This study will tracks the process from course plan proposed, expert review, to practice, and expect to propose a feasible program to help teachers practice ‘Inquiry and Practice’ course.
