This study will achieve three purposes:1.explore the accurent state of indigenous school attendance policy in senior high and vocational high school, 2.analyze the implementing effects of indigenous school attendance policy in senior high and vocational high school, 3.propose the problems and solving strategies of indigenous school attendance policy in senior high and vocational high school.?
In order to achieve the purposes above, this study will use two methods of document analysis and focused group interview. Furthermore, this study will make recommendations for implementing indigenous education policy and further studies, too.
