The project integrates with the “Effectiveness of 12-year National Education Program: A Longitudinal Study of Taiwan Assessment of Student Achievement (TASA-L)”, and aims to propose the methods and techniques to implement scaling and scale equating for longitudinal survey studies. The project will help the successful implementation of TASA-L and the establishment of its database. The methods or techniques are also essential for similar large-scale surveys.
