The main purposes of this research are to develop the dimensions, items and indicators on the performance evaluation, and to understand performance, specific suggestions of the implementation and outcome of senior high school actualization program. To achieve the purposes, interview, focus group, the Delphi technique, panel discussion, and the questionnaire survey will be employed. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1. Indicators system of the implementation and outcome of senior high school actualization program is basically comprised of six dimensions and fifteen items. 2. There are forty eight indicators in the indicators system of the implementation and outcome of senior high school actualization program. 3. The degree of performance of the implementation and outcome of senior high school actualization program is at medium high level. 4. There are significant differences partly in the general performance of the implementation and outcome of senior high school actualization program in terms of teachers' different genders, academic degrees, and various years of experience. 5. Some experts suggest promoting third phase of senior high school actualization program.
Recommendations for policy: 1. Please refer to the indicators system of the implementation and outcome of senior high school actualization program to check and track the effectiveness regularly. 2. Please use the funding and resources effectively to enhance the performance of student learning and teacher research. 3. Please promote third phase of senior high school actualization program and improve funding appropriation, application process, experts composition and other issues.
