This study analyzed samples obtained from the Taiwan Assessment of Student Achievement (TASA).The relationship among family socioeconomic status, parent-child interaction, and academic achievement is examined using Structure Equation Models (SEM) approach. The research Conclusion: (1)Family socioeconomic status and parent-child relationship are positively correlated with student achievement; (2)The structural equation model proposed in this study was verified; (3) The model constructed in this study for the development of middle-class families.
