At the moment of the 12 year basic education policy curriculum guideline going to be implemented in Taiwan, it is worthy and important to try to integrate the national curriculum core concepts into current principal evaluation. Therefore our research purposes are two: (1) to explore the feasibility of integrating the national curriculum core concepts into current principal evaluation. (2) According to the national curriculum examination focus (including curriculum design and implementation, teacher teaching and development, student learning and development, etc.), adjust and develop New Taipei City primary and secondary school principal evaluation as an example. Expert interview is employed in this research. The main research findings are as follows: (1) integrating the national curriculum core concepts into current principal evaluation is quite feasible. (2) the curriculum leadership of the school principal evaluation lacks important concepts such as "middle-level curriculum leadership mechanism, response to core literacy, elective courses and flexible learning courses". (3) the instruction leadership of school principal evaluation lacks important concepts such as "digital learning methods, normalization of teaching, teachers and students positive relationship" and other important concepts. (4) the learning leadership of school principal evaluation lacks important concepts such as "student self-learning, multiple adaptability assessment, elective and vocational counseling counseling".
