The purpose of this study is to revise and develop the system of transforming the national curriculum key concepts into school evaluation indicator in elementary and junior high schools. To achieve the purpose, literature review and interview will be employed. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1.The system of transforming the national curriculum key concepts into school evaluation indicators in elementary and junior high schools should include 12 items, such as "curriculum leadership" and so on. 2. The system of transforming the national curriculum key concepts into school evaluation indicators in "curriculum design and implementation" dimension in elementary and junior high schools should include 9 indicators and 20 important contents. 3. The system of transforming the national curriculum key concepts into school evaluation indicators in "teacher teaching and development" dimension in elementary and junior high schools should include 12 indicators and 19 important contents. 4. The system of transforming the national curriculum key concepts into school evaluation indicators in "student learning and ability to show" dimension in elementary and junior high schools should include 9 indicators and 24 important contents.
Suggestions for educational policy: 1. Please apply the system of transforming the national curriculum key concepts into school evaluation indicator to assess continuously the effectiveness of school operation in elementary and junior high schools. 2.The system of transforming the national curriculum key concepts into school evaluation indicator should increase "administration management" and " school environment construction" in elementary and junior high schools, and to construct the relevant indicators and their important content; 3. Please enter the field of elementary and junior high schools to do the actual case study and assessment.
