This study aims to develop instructional supplementary materials for senior and vocational high schools with originality, meeting guidelines of new curriculum and student-centeral orientation. After literature reviewing, we developed 6 instruction units for senior high schools and 6 for vocational high schools, according to the 5 main themes of marine education. All units have been evaluated by experts and revised again. The results be published as a volume of papers and on the website to be a referent of infusing marine education into their curriculum of senior and vocational high school teachers.
