The main purposes of this research are to understand the current situations of the homogenization and actualization program in senior and vocational high schools, and to explore the relationship between the homogenization and actualization program and adaptive entrance in senior and vocational high schools. To achieve the purposes, this research adopted a questionnaire survey. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1. Schools can provide a variety of different incentives for good performance after promoting the homogenization and actualization program. 2. The degree of performance of the dimensions is at medium level after the implementation of the homogenization and actualization program, including "developing featured curriculum", "paying attention to the innovation of curriculum and teaching", and "providing the activities of featured teaching or creative curriculum". 3. There are significant and positive relationship between the homogenization and actualization program and adaptive entrance, and the homogenization and actualization program has positive effect on adaptive entrance. Suggestions for educational policy: 1.To promote students' excellent performance through rewards system continuously, we should continue to push the homogenization and actualization program forward in senior and vocational high schools. 2 Senior and vocational high schools should apply actively and participate the homogenization and actualization program or characteristic pilot plan of the third phase of actualization program. 3. To improve the effectiveness of adaptive entrance, please review again the accreditation system or relevant indicators of the homogenization and actualization program in senior and vocational high schools.
