The research is a consecutive study on educational equity indicators in early childhood education. The purposes of the research are to examine the application of educational equity in early childhood education through "To support 5 year-old education project", and the effects of the project were also illustrated in the study. The research methods used in the study are document analysis, questionnaire survey and interview. The preliminary findings of the research are: 1. The weight of priorities of indicators for CIPP model employed through Analytic Hierarchy process are process indicators, context indicators, product indicators and input indicators. 2.The implementation of "To support 5 year-old education project" made educational equity better. 3. The effects of "To support 5 year-old education project" enhanced the social justice and educational equity. Recommendations are made based on findings of the research results: 1. Educational expenditure is an essential means to maintain educational equity. 2. Parent's involvement in education is the foundation of family education. 3. Nation wide supervision and consultation can ensure the quality of education. 4. The comprehensive effects of "To support 5 year-old education project" can be assessed by increasing survey's subjects.
