Curriculum guidelines is very importance for showing schooling direction、value and practice. The purpose of this research is mainly to investigate what ideal and objective of curriculum guideline is good for the next time in Taiwan. So, this study design includes the following four parts: First, to explore the attribute and effect of curriculum guideline. Second, analyzing both foreign and domestic the last relevant documents of curriculum standards / guidelines in order to understanding which point of view、results of the study and limitations .Third, this study adopts complex theory as the analytical framework to draw the systematic mapping of curriculum guidelines and to explain its rationality. Finally, to protocol a draft of ideal and objective of curriculum guideline curriculum guideline for the next curriculum reform. This study hopes that the discussion and reflection can help us to deepen the insight and construction into the curriculum reform for next time and to point out the each amendment for curriculum guideline reflects the people in that times to understanding their situation and hoping the mapping of future survival.
