Due to concern of effects from different text types and reading instructions, the purpose of this study is to establish the library of effects from different reading instruction and text types via systematic review in two years. Systematic review strategy is conducted via a series of tasks, including selection and location of studies, data collection and coding, meta analysis and reviews updating. After usage of some keywords in searching literatures, researcher is expected to locate studies with five inclusion and exclusion criteria. Furthermore, information, including background of studies, moderators, indicators of quality assessment and information for computation of effect size are coded by two independent assistants to shape the database. Also meta analysis is adopted to locate the possible best effects from different moderators for further application. Finally, database will be released with coding book, user’s manual through internet for future usage.
