隨著全世界日益的「地球村」化,各國高等教育都越來越重視與他國的交流合作。本文旨在透過法國各地負責師培的機構「師資及教育高等學院」(ESPE)在網站上提供的資訊,綜合整理後研究法國師培學校內的國際合作教育及交流,目的在一窺該國在這方面的現況,以及值得我國借鏡之處。本文首先介紹法國負責師培的機構「師資及教育高等學院」近年來的演變及該機構的組織架構;接著闡述法國師培機構內的國際合作教育的情形,包括:合作的項目及活動、實施方法、交流合作的國家地區、法國師培學校的教師及學生參與國際教育的情況及迴響、他國學生來法國實習交流的情況、相關法規等。研究結果發現:法國師培機構內的成員均有機會出國參與交流活動,交流的國家或地區涵蓋全球,合作項目多樣化,其中以「法語助教」制度與我國最直接有關,且有我國值得借鏡之處。Abstract: With the world shrinking into a global village, higher educational institutes are seeking international cooperation. This article examines the system and implementation of international cooperation among teacher education institutes in France based on a review of information retrieved from the website of École supérieure du professorat et de l'éducation (ESPE), with the intended purpose to serve as a reference for teacher training institutes in Taiwan. The article starts with an introduction of the development and the current status of ESPE, followed by information on the development of international cooperation projects and activities in teacher training institutes, including the items and activities of cooperation, implementation, cooperation partners, feedback and reflections from French students, conditions of inbound international students, and the relevant rules and regulations. It is found that the staff and students in French teacher education institutes generally have opportunities to participate in international academic exchanges with countries all over the world. Among the diverse programs of international cooperation, the program of "French teachers for Teaching French as Foreign Languages" hopefully can cast some light on the development of international education in Taiwan.
