本研究旨在探究國小國際交流活動之帶隊教師國際教育技能發展現況及其辦理國際交流歷程中的技能應用情形。本研究先從國內外教師國際教育技能的相關文獻中,歸納出教師國際教育技能的內涵,再以半結構式訪談法,探究4位國小國際交流帶隊教師國際教育技能之發展現況與應用情形。本研究歸納之國小教師國際教育技能為5項:將國際教育融入課程與教學的能力、跨文化溝通技能、運用資訊科技的技能、問題解決能力及團隊合作能力。本研究發現,受訪的帶隊教師在辦理國際交流活動時,能展現與應用前述5 項國際教育技能,但在製作多媒體教材、運用資訊科技進行評量、自我表露、互動經營、團隊反思與回饋、以及建立分享與傳承的機制等面向較為缺乏。最後,本研究提出以下建議:師資培育機構與教育行政機關應強化職前培育與在職進修之國際教育相關課程,另外,學校應建立國際交流辦理經驗分享與傳承的機制,強化教師製作多媒體教材、運用資訊科技進行評量、跨文化溝通的「自我表露」與「互動經營」、以及反思與回饋等技能;而選擇交流國家時應考慮學校所具備之外語人才。Abstract: The purpose of the study is to explore the international education skills possessed by teachers as international exchange team leaders and the way these skills are utilized. The study first reviews relevant literature and summaries the components of teachers' international education skills. Semi-structured interview was conducted on four subjects, who are primary school teachers serving as international exchange leaders. Five international education skills were identified: the ability of integrating international education into curriculum and teaching, the skill of intercultural communication, the skill of information and communication technology, the ability of problem solving, and team cooperation. The findings of this study indicate that the subjects did possess and apply the above five international education skills to international exchange activities. However, some skills were not fully exercised, including making multimedia teaching materials, adopting information and communication technology for assessments, self-disclosure, interaction management, team-level reflection and feedback, and setting up sharing and transmitting mechanism. Finally, the study proposes suggestions for future enhancement of primary teachers' international education skills and future international exchange activities.
