In order to understand the potentially important factors that affect the changes in the learning and development of students in the fifth learning stage, this project will start from a diverse perspective such as family and school environment, hoping to design the longitudinal survey questionnaires that can respond to emerging issues and respond to curriculum reform. Four questionnaires, which include students, parents, teachers, and schools, would be revised based on the results of the trial reading of test questions and the pre-test so that each questionnaire can respond effectively to its latten variable. In turn, this project provides relevant information that subsequent researchers can discuss the key factors that affect the growth of students' learning. The study is expected to be pre-tested from October to November 2021. After the collected questionnaires are sorted through the data, the reliability and validity will be analyzed. The partial credit model will be used to estimate and equalize the scale score of each variable. In addition to the revision of our questionnaires, the scale score can also be used as a reference for the subsequent formal measurement.
