Since the promulgation and implementation of the "Regulations on the Development of School Education in Remote Areas" in December 2017, the Republic of China government will provide more than the secondary education institutions in the remote areas of Taiwan's main islands in accordance with the relevant regulations. It is divided into three levels: "remote", "specially remote" and "extremely remote". In order to facilitate the government's self-organization, personnel and funding, it will help schools in remote areas to improve their operations. This research project attempts to explore the content of the teacher's configuration plan for schools in different remote areas based on the purpose of teacher configuration. In the course of the study, it is also proposed to take into account the "Regulations on the Implementation of the School Type Experimental Education" and the "Educational Action Area", through design the process of this study such as : "Exploring facts and problem analysis", "developing specific proposals", "implementing specific solutions" and "observation and recording the results”. This study will also useing document analysis, secondary data analysis, questionnaires and other research methods, review the feasibility of the "special subject experimental education action circle".
