The study discusses the structure, content and related theories of Taiwanese indigenous educational policy. Through analyzing papers on indigenous educational policy assessment indicators, we constructed a proper assessment strategy for Taiwanese indigenous educational policy. The study was designed to collect the methods of domestic and international literatures and indigenous educational policy analysis and conducted 13 individual interviews, 5 focus group discussion involved about 43 people, 1 fuzzy Delphi questionnaire survey with about 5 professionals participated. This study response to the item 1-1-3 of “the five-year medium range plan of improving indigenous education”: assessment of the indigenous education policies execution efficiency. There are two suggestions provided. First, the indexes would applied to examine the execution efficiency more culturally, politically and practically. Second, indigenous subject consciousness would be the key issue while proceed the following research.
