The main idea of this study is to analyze the articulation of the reform projects on the list of education reform official documents and the implementing status, thereby formulating a framework for sustainable implementation of education reform research mechanism. This study adopted document analysis and based on the result of analyzing the General Consultation Report for Education Reform to consult several experts from a variety of education domain which includes: special education, lifelong education, technical and vocational education, higher education and so on. By using the cross-validation, there are two conclusions summarized as follow. First, the reform projects on the list of education reform official documents are high articulation. Second, the reform projects on the list of the General Consultation Report for Education Reform are the current education policy in focus; according to the result, three suggestions are made: Firstly, to use the research room of the Interdisciplinary Integration as the framework for sustainable implementation of education reform research mechanism; secondly, to build a variety of education reform research database; lastly, to keep outputting of various types of education reform assessment report.
